i want to use both index.htm and index.php

hello friends i have site with wordpress. i want to show index.htm at open time of site after that when user click on Enter button i want that the user redirect to index.php but problem is that user still stay on index.htm
is there any code for solve this problem.can i use Apache rewrite mod to solve this problem.please help me..here is the url of site if needed

Try configuring your DirectoryIndex apache option, and put index.htm before index.php
