    Have you tried the "Add bank acount" link? You can usually fund Paypal from a bank account unless there are geographical restrictions on some accounts. ICICI is an Indian bank, but they do operate in the UK as well - where are you?

    If its not possible where you are, send the money to friends Paypal account (like a payment) - pay the 4-5% and have him transfer it to you. Not cheap, but it would solve your problem.

    You can't transfer it your paypal account,instead use the money directly by attaching it to your paypal account.

    use the debit card with VISA electron or use icici credit card to transfer funds.

    hi dude,

    u can definitely transfer funds from ur bank to paypal account, just create an account with paypal and add a debit card or credit card and once ur card is verified by paypal technical staff, then u can transfer funds by adding ur account number with paypal.

    The only way of sending funds in your Indian Paypal account is via credit card, Bank account associated i.e your ICICI bank account cannot be used to fund your Paypal account..... You need to get a credit card, add the same to your Paypal account and use it for sending money

    Only way is to use the Credit Card.
