I Want to submit my url again with new webmaster account

    As i told in my previouse post, i have change topic and language of my website and also submitted new site map to google 4 weeks ago but google is not indexing my pages still,

    now i have decided to make a new webmaster account and submit my url in that account and my sitemap, will google banned me on this or not, i am worry alot because i have lost my visitors, and having only 12 impressions/day

    if you will serch google with this url site:urduworld.110mb.com it will show old pages:(

    have u generate xml sitemap and add in website and submit to google.
