So its blogger.com. Interesting. Hadn't seen that one before. Lots and lots of web site wizards out there these days. I have a friend that is using Wix for her art site. Tried to dive in and I'm very experienced at HTML/css. Wix was not really intuitive but I'm sure I'll figure it out. Just a matter of getting familiar with their UI. I'll probably pull my hair out figuring out things that I can easily do in a lower level language. I think these "build a website" sites always start out with "this will be easier than doing html", but by they time they add all of the features needed to give you the power of a lower language it ends up being even more complicated. However, I'm guessing a blog is actually a pretty good candidate for a wizard UI since you are mostly just adding text. It looks like you can throw in your own advertisements which is way way better than doing a facebook page. Good luck with your business.
Worst case scenario is that Google rejects the website, and then you just reapply. There's not really any downsides and they won't punish you if they don't think the website is ready
