    Yes, but as long as i know, directory seems not very useful, now yahoo! taiwan cencell the directory.

    I think submitting website in yahoo directory can give better traffic. This can definitely help you in SEO.

    it's not worth with that but you can try other directory like vmoptions and directorycritic etc....
