A few years ago there used to be a forum online called moviex.info , anyone remember that site? Well anyway, they got shut down because they were sharing illegal torrents. I want to start a forum like this, but I will not be allowing any illegal or copyrighted material on my forum. Does anyone know how I can start a forum like that one with a private torrent tracker and everything?
