I want to sign up for a PPC program -- which is best to start?

    I'd really like some 'free' $ as a promotion to start, such as Yahoo's free $50, but they require you to have a $30 non refundable deposit though.

    i would suggest for that prehaps bidvertiser, full reviews of many cpc programs on my publisher review website: yoursiteearns.com, you could check em out and decide from there but personally bidvertiser is my favorite large network paying by paypal for CPC
