Sure it's possible. You could use the API's that are available for many online stores to create such a website .

You lost me there... Do you mean is there a software or script that you can put on your website that will allow you to compare multiple products of the same category?

That's defiantly possible. At the moment I'm not positive of any specific scripts as those kinds of things usually act as add-ons to bigger more "online store" centered.

    Perhaps a quick Google search?

Edit: When you mean search the whole web, are you talking about running a website like bizrate or pricegrabber?

    Edit 2: Google Search >> http://www.getafreelancer.com/projects/Price-Comparison-Script.html

Pricegrabber searches everything, I want to focus on a particular product. I want to post in getafreelancer, but I don't know how to describe it.

Just go there and post exactly what I said

"Is there a script that you can put on your website that will allow you to compare multiple products of the same category?"

Another stupid question by me, do I get paid if someone buys something from the price comparison sites?

No one will buy from the price comparison site! They'll buy from the sites which are being compared. If they have an affiliate program and you use affiliate links to send users to these sites, then you'll get paid.
