Sure it's possible. You could use the API's that are available for many online stores to create such a website .

That's defiantly possible. At the moment I'm not positive of any specific scripts as those kinds of things usually act as add-ons to bigger more "online store" centered. Pricegrabber searches everything, I want to focus on a particular product. I want to post in getafreelancer, but I don't know how to describe it.

Another stupid question by me, do I get paid if someone buys something from the price comparison sites?
No one will buy from the price comparison site! They'll buy from the sites which are being compared. If they have an affiliate program and you use affiliate links to send users to these sites, then you'll get paid.
