Hi guys, I have already bought a domain name and have arranged for hosting for a new site. It is meant to be a food discussion and review site where users can write their own reviews and post it. There will also be a section where featured reviews are provided by us. Then another section for readers to provide their own reviews. Might also want to put in a forum if this sounds good. I will provide the content. The thing is, I need someone affordable but can understand what i need so that you can help me craft a simple website to do this. I am going with a WordPress website but I don't mind to go with another type if you have a better suggestion. I would also want to make this into a bilingual site so you need to know how to do that.
