I want to set up a custom affiliate program on my own domain. Can I buy a script?

    Hi, I want to set up a custom affiliate program for my own ecommerce site. I want to do it locally so Commission Junction doesn't take a cut. There must be some things like this programmed already and I would pay money for a good one. Does anyone know of any?
