How can you sell it? There's a Buy and Sell section here, I believe there's a subcategory for "Sites" as well. So you should be able to sell it there.

You need to put up some traffic stats and, income if any, to enable people to give you an idea of what it is worth. Rule of thumb is 5 to 8 times monthly income but it also depends on content and how much people see the domain is worth to them. Look in the Buy and Sell section and see what others are offering, also take a look at flippa.com to give you an idea. I might be interested depending on how much you are thinking.

The price of a website is determined by the quality of the site, the content of the site, the number of posts the site has, the PRof the site, the traffic of the site and series of other factors.
You only mentioned the PR of the website, it is very hard to say how much it actually worth. All depends, mate.
Wish you luck getting good offering.

I think you will be struggling unless you have lots of traffic and or sales.

I think if recipefrom.asia get pr3 or 4 you can sell it more than 200$.
Because recipefrom.asia is good domain and have bid only domain.

To sell a website in $200, it has to have good design and good content ( including traffic), where I don't see your website has any one of them, you have only few recipes there, where in such site people expect to have hundreds of recipes.

In my opinion, without traffic/income your site is worth nothing. The domain, however, holds a little value as a PR3, but not that much. I would purchase it and use it in a backlink network, if I could win it for less than $50. As far as ranking/monetizing it, I would not waste my time. I do not see much value in the keywords "recipes from", and the TLD does not play in to SEO. The truth of the matter is, if I was going to spend any real money on a high PR domain, it would have to target a potentially profitable keyword/niche, and would need to be a .com, .net, .org, or possibly .info
