I want to sell paypal verification vcc's, how to get them

Is HDFC netsafe the only way to go about this ??

Is there any other way to generate VCCs & sell them ??

Where do the Indian VCC sellers in DP get the VCCs from ??

epassporte from the business account, you can make your own vcc's and real credit cards to take cash from the ATM's worldwide

I'm not being silly, just want to know how the vcc sellers on dp manages to generate VCCs for several verification pupose ??

 

you open an epassporte business account, that then allows you to make vcc's in any name you want to, you have to have one ligit account to be able to make the others.
you think the banking system just lets people make up accounts and spend their money on a wim?

 

But creating a vcc using epassporte costs $5, while some sellers are selling VCCs for $4.99, how can it be possible, there must be some other way which you & me dont know
