Go post that you're selling it on the Buy-Sell-Trade forum /Sites then explain all the details of your site, age, domain, content, amount of links, PR, traffic stats and revenue. Hope it help because this is not the right section for it bro.

There are 5 P.A.R.T.S to determining how much a site is worth, they are:

Practicality - how much effort does it take to maintain
Audience - is your site in a big, profitable market? (yes)
Revenue - does your site have any revenue? (the more revenue, the higher the price)
Time online - how long has your site been online for?
Stability - how much longer will the site continue to perform as well as you are claiming?

Each of those parts determine how much you charge for your site. The better each part is, the more you can charge.

For selling - just head to the sites forum on this website. You can list a site for sale for free there.

Depends on its current traffic and revenue, its fixed assets like design, domain etc and any potential to improve. Checkout sites in the DP/SP marketplace and see.

make sure you have good proof, thats probably the most important aspect. If not, people will take you less seriously, as there is a lot of people out there gaming the system.
