    I think 5.5k is the most you will get offered so if your wanting 16k plus then id suggest you close the thread and stop wasting everyones time.

    your price is crazy. How did you come up with it? There are too many risks to pay that much. It's worth 12 months revenue, at best. That is too big a risk to break even in 5 years no site's traffic stays constant that long.
