    I am sorry, I cannot give you 6 month revenue, I only could give you 3 month revenue, because I cannot capture the revenue from the past 6 month. You could see the proof of my site revenue from adsense only below:
    1. Daily Unique Visitors:

    Amount of Clicks, CTR and eCPM have been blacked out to comply with google adsense TOS.
    But as I said before at my first post, that you could predict your earning if you could increase the site visitors to 2 times or 4 times, then your adsense earning will 2 or 4 times too.

    I Only sell this site for $20K if you interested. if you ask me to cut the price, I will not sell this site under $16K.

    Please only serious buyer here, because if no one bought this site at that price until next week, I will keep this site and do not sell here anymore.

    My Site have another income from Affiliate product too, but not so good like using Adsense.below is the proof:

    And please note that, 95% my site traffic are come from Organic Search engine, Mostly from Google.90% come from USA. If you could add some unique article regularly, I am sure that the visitor from SE will doubled.

    Some other earning resources from this site but not well maintained by me are come from:
    1. Kontera (until now I got $84)
    2. product Review, $80 per review, not well maintained too (i think it will be a good money sources)

    Have to agree, it's way too much for a site with little traffic and only $15 adsense per day, OK so at least the traffic is organic from SEs, but :

    That's the thing, you can't sell a site based on potential, I for one know that the more traffic you receive the eCPM will always drop as do the CPC, I have a site that makes $40 - $80 per day and I wouldn't fetch this amount of cash ($20 000 or $16 000).

    The general rule is 10 x Monthly profit for a website that requires little maintenance and up keep, like a turnkey website on autopilot - profit is the amount earned after expenses paid.

    For a website that requires work and updating on a regular basis between 6x & 10x the monthly profit - profit is the amount made after all expenses are taken out.

    Other factors are the PR of the website, PR4 can add an additional $100, PR5 an additional $150-$200, PR6 an additional $300-$450 etc. The age of the web site can also be a factor, the number of active members is another added value.

    thanks thsadmin for your information. So I think my site could not sell for that much...

    I think I will keep it if no one interested for that price. I will try to develop again the site and pulled many traffic to make higher value to my site.

    Whilst i have only pointed out the basics and they're based on monetary figures, your website can go for more and some times it's worth what someone's willing to pay - DP is a wholesale market and you'll usually get low ball offers.
