I want to sell my domain marphille.com - what price shoud I charge?

    Hi there,

    I want to sell my domain marphille.com - what price shoud I charge based on PR, backlinks, traffic, domain age?

    I have had a look on SEDO and would like to have about 5.000 USD.

    Do you think, this is reallistic? What is the best platform for selling domains?

    I haven't looked too closely at your site but as far as the domain goes I'd say you could get a couple hundred dollars plus out of it. I'm not an expert though.

    The domain it self is also hard to spell in public.

    I just wonder why some domains with less power sell for 500-5000 USD on www.sedo.com. How come?

    I think the domain name cant be the most determining factor when it comes to the value of the domain.

    Rule of thumb - it's worth about 10-12 months of the Adsense and affiliate revenue you generate. ie: if you make $100/month on Adsense then I wouldn't sell for less than $1,000.
