Firstly, this is the wrong section, should be in the Buy Sell Trade section. Secondly, what do you mean that those subdomains don't belong to Web.com??? You can't sell the sub's of a TLD name unless wen.com says so, in which I doubt they offer this sort of outsourcing. However by the looks of things you are trying to sell the account access to all these sub's and the log in rights.
