    Hello,
I have a PR5 domain namely : http://know-heart-diseases.com. It has around 100 unidirectional links pointing to it. I wanted to make some money from it for educational purposes but it's yielding nothing. I am unable to make anything out of it. The google ads yield nothing. So I am thinking of selling it. What would be its appropriate price? Or are there any other methods of making money like placing unidirectional links on homepage etc?

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
    Aditya

have you tried selling links to other health related sites in the forum here at DP?? Might make you a few bucks.

Also, remember that adsense and YPN aren't the only fish in the barrel. There are plenty of other revenue streams out there. Does the site get any traffic? Considered CPM ads or even popups?

Also (and please don't take offense), but have you considered working on your layout / adding new content? Doesn't seem very pretty, and not a whole lot there..

Thank you iBold. I will improve on the content and try to sell links. That seems a better option than trying to sell the domain.

Aditya, you should try improving the design, and add more content and articles. I'm sure a PR5 site will get you SOME traffic from the Search Engines directly. The more content you add, the more niche Keywords your site will start ranking for. Just make sure everything you do is ethical and is Search Engine Friendly.

It's a bad domain name I think, too long, too many words because one hyphen too much, perhaps known-heartdiseases would have been better though too long as well. $1-2 for the name itself. The PR though is impressive... perhaps you can get $200 or much more just thanks to it, but you'll probably only manage to sell it to people focusing on the SEO of their site.
