    Basically when selling a directory people want to know some things:

    How old is is?
    How many active links does it have?
    Whats its PR/ Alexa rank?
    How many hits/ impressions per day does it get?

    There are dozens more questions including: Is the template custom made? and, What kind of directory script does it run? Just state the facts, and put your minimum sale price, then if its good, it almost turns into a eBay auction.

    post it in the BST area, along with traffic stats and any income you've made off it..
    As well as listing the registar for the domain, and list if any paid scripts come with it.. like phpld..

    Oh, your directory doesn't have any PR yet. It's going to affect the price tag. Just a personal opinion, I'd prefer promoting such a site first and get a lot of back links, a healthy PR, under 100,000 Alexa Rank, amongst other things, before selling it. A good standing with search engine results pages helps to define the price tag, as well.

    I don't think you will get any buyers - why I hear you ask -

    Simple, I can get your exact same script for $25, you only have a few hundred sites listed and no USP whatsoever. I'm telling you I could copy it in about 2 weeks, fill it within 3 months with 10 times what you have currently and give it a sellable, catchy name.

    If you can do that, then you might be able to sell it :)

    Go to the Buy, Sell or Trade in sites and make a new thread describe your site along with traffic stats and income and your asking price.
