    Hello everyone
I want to report a site about trademark infringement, because of it's owner kind of scammed me. Anyway, where should I report it's domain?? To the registrar or the host (since the name has been mentioned a couple of time in the site's content).
    Thanks in advance :)

well the only thing you can do is sue them however it is very costly and would lead to nothing so i suggest a more passive apprach by banning him from websites such as adsense and social bookmarking sites and by creating a free blogspot blog and duplicating his posts for example then commenting that he stole it from you

Hello. Thanks for your reply, but I think you got me wrong. The infringement is on its DOMAIN! Should I report to ICANN or it's registrar?
    thanks:)

A few more details would help, but if you are talking about someone using your trademark in a domain, you would need to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit or a WIPO action. Both options are going to cost you money - WIPO is cheaper, but you aren't going to be able to recoup you costs. Do you have a registered trademark? A host isn't going to act upon a DMCA for trademark infringement, only copyright infringement.

I think he is talking about his wanting to report person X for using person Y's trademark when it has nothing to do with him other than he is pissed at person X.

Move along son and don't waste your time.

yep, you are actually right, that's the case. However, I'm still a bit curious whether I can do anything or not :p

You don't own the trademark so there is nothing you can do about it.

You can alert the trademark owner if you want to waste your time. You can search USPTO.gov for their contact information if it is a US registered mark.
