This guy Vodafone scammed me with 20 $ http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=716404 and nobody take any atitude against him
you can only bash him with proof in the thread leave him -rep and -itrader .. moderators will not get into the cases. PS: you cant link to a PM in your inbox... it is inaccessible to others
Its going to be a tough one, as he has all positive itraders, except one which you gave. Provide some proof.
he seems to be active too Last Activity: Apr 15th 2008 6:17 am have you kept trying to PM or get answer from him?
How to say then... the guy is not responding but was online several times, i paid him 20 $ , in 29 february !!! and no submission , no money back , the coincidence is that i was even clickbombed on that site after few days... is an idiot . He told paypal i'm lying but he is lying and i lost the money because is something intangible ( intangible good or something like that )... curious what's his country .... I sent him a PM before 15 to tell me about the submission , made it or no but doesn't answer doesn't care about the iTrader
CC? good. contact your bank and provide them all the info also screenshots of the days you have sent emails and such and tell how you never receive the agreed item/service and tell them you wish to chargeback. Through CC, chargebacks work all the time for me if prove can be given.
yes i use PayPal but the money are directly from the CC , i think the guys will not understand what is a website submission, i have problems even when i receive money from Adsense ... many think is suspicious ... "who is Google ?
yeah directly from CC should be able to give chargeback option but then I dont know about European CC company policies but I believe item not receipt with proof of payment sent and email requesting item should work
for example this is the id i paid from CC Charge From Credit Card (Unique Transaction ID #5EU00121PV305984N)
I have charged back $100 online for a service which was paid through paypal and all it shows on CC was "payment to paypal ID#"
ok but... i used PayPal , but he used 2checkout , so i paid him from PayPal to his 2chekout account , i believe is from a country where he can't receive money from PayPal this is why he used 2checkout , i sent an email few minutes ago to 2checkout ... to see what they say
so you paid through 2checkout by funding through Paypal which take funds from your CC? yeah you can still charge back just show your CC company the paypal receipt and like i said proof of emails sent and agreements
I can also confirm he tried to scam me, until I got the Paypal team onto the investigation. He didn't bother responding to Paypal, or my emails/PM's. I suggest opening a Paypal dispute, or going to your credit card provider to place a chargeback against his account(s).
not unless newzone can convince the service provider to ship him a letter of agreement and do everything at newzone's house services are tangible and paypal whom usually do not solve issues will further ignore this untangible item issue no doubt
