Yes, you can buy google and then delete any site you don't like.. that's an idea.

I don't think there is a better method, this is the best method because you'll be able to get #1 spots for any page and keyword you like!

Try to remove back links. I mean change the signature at forums, change the links from author bio and so on..do this maximum as you can. As you remove back links site start moving back from Google's top rank.
    Wish you good luck!

To make it clear I think this Harry Stergiotis wants to hide/bury the fact that he had problems with justice in the past:
"The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has obtained consent orders in the Supreme Court of New South Wales restraining Sibercom Limited, Oracal Capital Pty Limited, Zanti Consulting Pty Limited and their director, Harry Stergiotis, from disposing of any assets.

Sibercom Limited imports and distributes mobile phones and accessories.

The orders also require Harry Stergiotis, of St Ives Sydney, to deliver his passport(s) to the Court and not to leave Australia without the Court’s consent.

The Supreme Court noted an undertaking by Harry Stergiotis to resign as a director of Sibercom Limited forthwith and not to make decisions that affect the business of Sibercom Limited without giving ASIC 14 days notice of his intention to do so.

ASIC obtained the orders as part of an investigation concerning payments from Sibercom Limited to Oracal Capital Pty Limited and Harry Stergiotis.

Similar orders were obtained in ex-parte proceedings commenced last week in order to preserve the assets pending completion of ASIC’s investigation."

So you could ask to the Australian government to remove the page, or make a case to Google about that, if Harry has been acquitted then you could make a case that it gives him a bad reputation, but if he was convincted, well... It's best it stays here for future reference for people doing business with him, just my opinion, but since he's probably your customer you don't care about that, then buying Google is still the best option.

If the information is based on fact, there is nothing you can do.

Yes, you can remove that link very easily. Just type your keyword in Google, then go to 2nd page take 2-3 good links describing about your website. Do social bookmarking for these 3 links with the same keyword you was searching. When these links come on First page automatically 3 link will move to 2nd page. Create as many back links as you can...

If you don't want Google to show a page of your site in the SERPs then the best would be to put it in the robots.txt file.
