See the code at bottom of my page, and should I notify analytics first? Or basically delete the code from my HTML and do it that way? Curious! Thank you!
KISSMYASS: Thanks. I wnt to verify if all of the following, is actua code that needs to be deleted, can you verify? Here it is: <script type="text/javascript"> var gaJsHost = (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https://ssl." : "http://www."); document.write(unescape("%3Cscript src='" + gaJsHost + "google-analytics.com/ga.js' type='text/javascript'%3E%3C/script%3E")); </script> <script type="text/javascript"> try { var pageTracker = _gat._getTracker("UA-691252-1"); pageTracker._trackPageview(); } catch(err) {}</script>
Great help from you guys . . . I don't know, I just didn't feel it was useful and really helping me to that specific degree. In fact (maybe it's just me)....but as soon as I instituted use of the script in my HTML, I noticed my AdSense took a dip and has stayed that way. Or maybe it was just a dip that coincided with advertiser bids, etc. I just haven't found it useful....I mean, yeah, I can see who's clciking my ads, in what towns....and in what specific states etc. all great - but not really helping me otherwise.
