I want to reject payment from someone

    Is there any way I can reject payment from a specific paypal account?
    There is someone who is buying my products and I want to reject his payments.

    I don't think you can reject before he sends. One way is you can issue refund if you want to refund the payment back.

    The problem is that my system is delivering the product automatically. This is the reason I want to block him from Paypal.

    There is no way to block an individual on PayPal. The closest you can get is blocking currencies you don't hold or from unconfirmed addresses. You would do this from the "Payment Receiving Preferences" in your Profile.

    The best way i suggest is, delete that account and create a new account, PAYPAL allows u to create muliple accounts

    This is also the feature I want in PayPal. I already wrote this idea to PayPal, no response tho.
