I want to register .com.au domain

    You can't. You need to be an Australian resident. Trying to bypass the rules would show a lack of respect.

    You actually need to be an Australian business to register a .com.au domain (or .net.au) . You need to be able to provide a valid business number and also link to a valid business name.

    Sorry, it is pretty strict here for domain registrations. What about something with australia in it, but not with a .au tld?

    You do not need to be an Australian citizen.
    Even not to have a company there.
    Virtual business is respected by all nations.
    Only thing is this that you business should be targeted to Australia.
