do you have an internet banking account?

    (if yes, then which one?)

many banks like ICICI allow customers to recharge their SIM cards online.

I am not really sure but I think you don't get all the recharge options online. It means that you will be able to select from a limited range of recharge amounts.

you should write to their support.

I have had similar experiences too, but these charges do get reversed.

sometimes it happens on its own and sometimes we have to ask for the charges to be reversed.

I hope you entered the correct details.....

You have to go to airtel site and register your mobile number then you will get a code through sms to your registered mobile number. Using that you can recharge from ICICI account...
