    Some time before it ranking for Home Tuition in Mumbai in second page now it is in the 23 page what do to retain in the first two pages.

    The competition for that keyword is very low hence ranking it even in the post position wont be very difficult. I suggest you start with writing articles and submitting on ezine and few others good directories and do some bookmarking on maybe top 10 boorkmarking websites. You will see immediate improvement. You can hire someone to do these things if you are not familiar.

    Build some quality backlinks ( forumposting, article writing, social bookmarking ). if you get links from high quality sites you will get much better PR.
