    Get a few quality links and search engines will detect your blog automatically.

    Google offers an add url option, but it is not really necessary if you have a few incoming links.

    No need to register in Google. Just keep updating (not spamming:)) and Google bot will find your blog..

    you really dont need to register in google, just keep getting backlinks so that google can find you and index you.
