    you can visit adsense and apply for activation. Make sure you fulfill all the required details while submitting the form. in few days you will receive the mail that your adsense is active.

    It is very easy to put your ads in your blog. Login to blogger and go to the monetize tab.

    Yea as the two above noted about putting Adsense on your blogspot. Then work on your Ad placing, format (Big rectangle works), color/blending, navigation, etc for more clicks.
