    Must be already designed and coded, I am not looking for someone to develop one.
    Must be unique and never used or sold before.

    The idea is quite good. But it is better to built a new site and buy a new domain. At, some point of view it is god to use a old domain but on the other hand as we know that hows Google is working and penalizing the site, if we consider this point then it is good to buy an new domain and create a new site.
