I want to place ads on proxified pages.. :)

    As I have no knowledge of PHP...but i want to place adbrite ads on my proxified pages....can someone help me to do this....As I have tried a lot but failed I want to show my ads after form and checkboxes please tell me where to place code...Waiting for response...if you need any information plz PM me..
