I want to pay LE 1.5 cents per click

    I would like to know if there is any site that will allow me to pay less or equal than 1.5 cents per click.

    Closest I've seen to that is Adtoll. I use their untargeted ad packages to launch my new sites and they usually give a pretty good bang for your buck.

    My website offers many packages.
    We can do as low as 1/2 cent per click, or as high as 10 cents per click.
