I want to open an Y.S.M account, is it necessary to use a credit card.

    I want to open an Y.S.M account, I have a loaded payoneer card but I don't want to spend money from the payoneer cc , is it possible to open an Y.P.M with only paypal ? .

    Yes...as the above person stated. Paypal can be used for new Yahoo accounts. :)

    Regular creditcards and paypal is allowed but virtual credit cards (vcc) some time declined from non USA countries. I recommend to use creditcard as it gives free 52 day credit period to pay bills.
