I want to open a mp3 site

    hi friends,

    I want to open a mp3 download site,

    I got some 400 songs for my reginoual langauge, I want to open a site with those songs so the people of our place who stay far for the country can acsess those songs,

    can you guys suggesst me which will be the best script for this.

    you can use php srcipt, use the different ip can differentiate the visitors' place.
