I want to make Sub categories in PHP mysql

    Hello every one i am confused that how to make subcategories in php my sql

    i made website which have Country names in Index page LIKE

    e.g
    ( Afghanistan Albania AlgeriaArgentina Australia Austria Azerbaijan Bahamas )

    Now what i need if some one click on any country name he or she should go to the next page which should be like this

    e.g
    (Jobs ,sell ,buy, buisness ,education )

    now people will click jobs who will go to the JOBS page when click sell who will go to the sell page when click buy who will go to the buy page


    please help me
