I want to make paypal payment but my card expired what should i do?

    My credit card is expired, since i didn't pay 2-3 months bank blocked my credit card, so now i have to apply and get the new card and replace in paypal. But Now i have to make one paypal payment. Can any one explain how to overcome this situation

    do you have a bank account ? use it...

    or sell something you own [domain or something] and get the money by paypal and pay

    I have a bank account, how can i make a payment ? How Please explain ?

    Do you know the paypal amount indian getting only can withdraw. If you want to make a payment by using credit card you can make paypal account without credit card you can't make paypal payment.
