Hello all, i want to make money blogging through blogspot or blogger. Is it a good start? I am not thinking to invest a single penny any more... I know hosting and worpdress is best combination but i want to do it FREE. I have good writing abilities..
...You know, web hosting doesnt have to be expensive, I run a web hosting site and i only charge like $2.5 for a pretty decent setup, and i know there are cheaper providers out there. Look for those small hosting sites! In my opinion, nobody reads blogspot anymore, i know i don't even visit sites with "blogspot.com" in them. But sure if you're starting out its a good way to improve your writing skills and such.
Not very wise ... But what the hell .Right! You will get exactly what you invest and if buy some chance you do start to make a few bucks you can lose your site at any time Google wants to take it yes they own blogspot and I think blogger also. not sure but my point is you have no control over your site.. How would you like to be make $500 a day and they pull the plug now you have to start from scratch again.. Been there done that and do not recommend it ! Do it right the first time and stop trying to cut corners other wise your just wasting time.. Buy the way I do not think that you are the only one that had such a wonderful idea ! If you are using blogger, you don't have to use hosting and it would be very helpful for earning money through Adsense.
I would agree. If he's really into making money online through a blog, Wordpress really is the way to go. SEO-wise, wordpress would work best as there are plenty of plugins for Wordpress that will help you rank well. Quality writing will get nowhere if he doesn't have the right tools in place. Wordpress is still the best way to start. If you he starts with blogger, he would most likely end up needing to transfer his blog to Wordpress in the long run. Blogger also I heard randomly deletes blogs often for no reason.
You've said all that I wanted to say in your post.. It's just like wanting to get something willing being willing to give something in return.
I've been earning money through blogging and what I want to tell you is to start with Wordpress. Don't be afraid to make a small investment. It's very small compared to the amount of money you will be earning once you get your blog rolling. Really!

True. I would have to agree. There is no other way to start than Wordpress, if you want to start great. Wordpress is the most popular platform and Blogger is being used less and less. So, go for Wordpress. It's never too late to start learning it.
Takes money to make money. And if you want to make money from a blog you have to treat it like a business. I like GoDaddy and HostGator. And then install Wordpress. It's not very expensive and you will be grateful that you went with a safe host that won't be gone tomorrow. Wordpress is easy to learn and it's great for SEO. Best of luck to you!
Start with the free ones, such as Blogger or Wordpress, where you don't host the blog script. If you find success or are immediately willing to use a webhost, then feel free to set up Wordpress on your site.
