    I want to create an article directory website with wordpress. Please give some advice and tell me some good free theme for directory.

    There are plugins for creating article directories. Visit wordpress.org and search.

    Here's one: hxxp://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/article-directory/

    While you're there you can pick any one of a zillion free themes you think would look good.

    I started a wordpress article directory called article revival.
    I used to use article dashboard which was a free script. The one I'm using now cost $77. Its ok but I'm having trouble making the widgets work - especially the Adsense one and I've yet got to decorate the site. If you find a good place for themed headers I'd love to know.

    Thanks for that. I abandoned "Article Directory Software for Wordpress" produced by Terry Sacia because it was way too resource greedy for my server. Also it had numerous other problems - too many to go into in a post. That's $77 I'll never see again.
