I suggest you to develop a Social site but theme should be CRICKET as world cup matches gonna start with near future,so i think if you want to more traffic than surely its a great idea.

 

start create social networking site for that, but the quantity is not always good, much more important is quality targeted traffic.

 

I personally think you're lost in what you're truely trying to achieve, but that's just my personal opinion.
