    Lot of resources are available on all over the internet for free website design tool, but if you ask me i will recommend you wordpress. It comes with many free themes all you need to do is just follow thess steps:

    1. Bay a Domain name
    2. Configure with hosting
    3. In your hosting panel look for simple scripts or wordpress
    4. Click on wordpress follow the steps and you have your wordpress enable site ready, login to wordpress themes from google.
    5. Go to apperence in wordpress left navigation and click on install theme.
    6. Add content and your website is ready.
