You could use pretty much anything to build the site - wordpress would just be providing the structure. The real work begins when you build the admin side of the maps and the front end side. That's going to be lots of work regardless of the CMS or framework you choose.
Thanks for your answer. I'm making the map itself with this website: http://umap.openstreetmap.fr/de/ Now when finished, I can bind it into my front page. But how should I do the Frontpage with the timestamp on the right sight, the map selection at top and the map on the left site? Thanks again for any help!
