    at first it's going to be small and during this period im looking for someone who can host me, please post your hosting plans and prices.

    Are you wanting to make a small one like mine (thumbflip.com) , if so you might want to check out websitescripts.org, That is what i built mine off of, and it work very good.

    Godaddy.com has the best hosting plans i've seen so far for about 10 or 20 bucks a month you get unlimited hosting , but there are smaller packages!:)
