I eat a LOT. My food intake consists of 60 to 80% raw fruit and vegetables. My daily breakfast is a large bowl with cut up fresh fruit. Lunch is a mixture of fruit and vegetables, as many as I can eat. Dinner is regular cooked food, all cooked from scratch every day, and a big salad. I'm not a freak, but I need to do this for health reasons. Don't snack at night. Moreover, you sleep better if you don't have a full stomach.

everyone lose faith and gave up sometimes. its ok .dont push urself so hard. it takes time. normally what i do when i wanna give up is i will look some picture of my exercise idol. i guess u can do the same way . just hold on and pain would go away.
