    True, less salt means less bloating. Once you cut down on salt especially in your dinner you start feeling lighter than usual.

    It's not about how much you exercise or how much you eat, it's about what you eat. Keep in mind, every pound comes in through your mouth.

    Huge no-no: refined sugars, processed food, fried food, red meat, drinks that contain sugar like pepsi.

    Given, I'm not tall, but I weigh just 95 pounds. I work on line and hardly have exercise. I eat a LOT. My food intake consists of 60 to 80% raw fruit and vegetables. My daily breakfast is a large bowl with cut up fresh fruit. Lunch is a mixture of fruit and vegetables, as many as I can eat. Dinner is regular cooked food, all cooked from scratch every day, and a big salad.
    I'm not a freak, but I need to do this for health reasons.

    Don't snack at night. Moreover, you sleep better if you don't have a full stomach.

    Here is what you should do, cut down on trans fat, no carbs after 5 pm, eat protein equal to your body weight, for ex: if you weigh 160 pound, eat 160 gm protein per day. Add fibre in your diet like brocolli and 1 cup brown rice. Start working out at least 1 hour a day and take CLA & Carnitine during breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 months, you will definitely loose 10-15 pounds.

    The most important thing to remember when trying to lose weight is to NOT eat between meals and keep junk food, fried food, baked food to a minimum. Eat a lot of vegetables and drink water.

    As for exercise, brisk walks, and cycling is very helpful.

    I stayed in china for 6 months, I lost almost 20KG. I think when I'm there I eat less meat but eat more rice or vegetables, drink Chinese tea every morning. Haha

    everyone lose faith and gave up sometimes. its ok .dont push urself so hard.
    it takes time. normally what i do when i wanna give up is i will look some picture of my exercise idol.
    i guess u can do the same way .
    just hold on and pain would go away.
