I remember I had crossed 100+. I used to be a vegetarian then. But somewhere in 2007, when I came to know about the insights of the diary industry, I became a vegan. After than I lost almost 30 kgs in less than a month. I didn't do any dieting or any exercise or such. Just a normal walk of about 2 kms in the morning and the evening. Hope this helps other.

I will only add to be slow. Do not try to reduce weight a lot. Stay with 2kg per months maximum reduction. Otherwise you might get the yoyo effect and will start gaining the moment you stop training good luck
