I had the same problem. Then a friend told me to eat 1 gurva fruit per day as it is a super fruit and helps weight loss. So I tried it, also watched my diet carefully (no junk food) and started exercising everyday. I lost a stone in 2 months. Good luck! Tip for everyone: We spent too long on our PC's so please take computer breaks, exercise daily and also enjoy the finer things in life. Have a balanced lifestyle
It's all good and well most of the time people saying get up and do more. What those who aren't in the same situation don't understand for an obese person it's took time sometimes several years of an unhealthy way of living to get that way so to just cut out eating habits and get up and start exercising is easier said than done. Even doctors don't fully understand this these days. My advice is talk to your GP weight loss medication wont fix the problem but may help in shifting some weight to help you get up and get active again. It's a long long journey and it's hard to do but time and dedication will get you there but you have to be 110% committed to changing your life good luck!
Gorickeo, you do have a good point. It is very easy for people to say get up, exercise, diet and lose weight. By having this discussion I think you will find that most people do understand the problems obese people are faced with and even simple changes are hard to implement. Talking about it is a very positive sign as that signals one is genuinely looking for a solution and has acknowledged that something has to be done.
you can lose your fat by regular work out. there is no need of any supplement. by daily exercise you can maintain your health.
eating veggies and meat but not things like rice...that's what I am doing, watch out for your carbohydrate intake in essence
