I want to lose 7 to 8 kg within 3 months; what should I do?

    Light meals 4-5 times a day, try to avoid afternoon meals by taking all fresh salads. Drink hot water. Run, run and run, you will easily loose not 8kgs but 10+ kgs in the time.

    Dont look at yourself in mirror everyday, dont check weight everyday, follow these simple steps and see yourself atfter 45 days and then on...

    only one thing u have to note don't be lazy and a walk daily in the morning for 1 hours and don't eat oil items,please don't be diet(everyone would say de diet regularly please don't do that) if u could find time then go to gym.

    First of all stop thinking that you have too much fat and your daily routine doesn't help, Positive approach is surely needed for success. And just follow your daily routine with this thinking that you're loosing fat slowly. Drink water as much as you can its a Superb Medicine for Weight Loss hate junk foods.     Avoid greasy, fatty foods. Drink plenty of water, lot of fresh fruits, Green Vegies, regualr exercise and proper sleep. You can reduce as much as you want, all you need is determination.:)

    how you can lost weight:
    loose Sweets (everything that has sugar in it, drinks, chocolate) , don't eat junkfood, no fats and no bread
    you can eat chiken breast, veel and salads
    you can keep exercising (1-2 hours per day)

    eat less carbohydrite food like potato ,rice,piza,burger ect and fats containing diet.drink warm water at night when u go to bed .this wil help u surely.
