To be honest i lost 10 kgs in 2 and a half months. All you need to do is follow a proper diet, stop eating sweets, eat more fruits, eat something in every 2 hours even if one biscuit and exercise for an hour. I am sure you gonna lose weight.
Try to control what you eat by controlling your tongue to not to look for tasty foods, instead stick with green vegetables and fresh fruits... that is more than enough..
Since you are using "kg" instead of pounds, I guess you are from Europe I have recently lost app 10 pounds and I was replacing my dinner with noodles. If you click on the link in my signature - skinny b$$$$ -you'll find how

Indeed, it will. I have always been really slender but when I gave up meat a few years ago I not only felt better, i shaved off some of the little body fat I did have quickly.
Diet, cut out suger and everything considered is anyway unhealthy (go on a "caveman" diet for 2 weeks) and you will see the kilos slop off. Then adjust to a more comforting diet after 2 weeks
If you want to reduce weight you must walk every day atleast 5 to 7 Kilometers. Do not each oily food. Also join to yoga classes and make some treatement for it.
By regular morning walk and also do yogas. It would really help you and try to keep control on eating food by dieting .

It depends on what you weigh now ? I need to lose 55kg which is a lot and I started at 3rd January this year I heve decided upon a modified weight watchers diet measuring everything cut out as much fat as possible substitute low fat yogurt and fruit for ice cream Food wise I am not at all hungry and I now walk 2.5 kl every day on the beach sometimes kicking the water to make it a bit harder I also drink huge amounts of purified water and the RESULT is that I have lost 6 kg this month so far I think the more you need to lose the more rapid the initial loss will be and I certainly dont expect to keep up my current loss rate. Less calories more exercise and drink lots of water GOOD LUCK
Cutting up meals is not solution, avoid fast food n soft drinks and lots much of exercise will do the trick.
