i want to learn

    hi,
    i am not from computer science department. but it is my desire to design website templates. i have some fantastic themes and template in my head and i am drawing them in my scathe pad. so i want to learn how to design them. please give me some guidance.

    Your best bet is to take a look at some video tutorials on Youtube, many as easy to follow and can really help you understand.
