    There is no best site, i think offpage seo is building links. you need to build a strong and high quality backlinks.. you can get your competitor backlinks and build a backlinks there so that you can rank down and increase your rank in google.. this is what i do last few days.. i am also newbie but i learn something here that it works fine

    Here is what you need to do regarding off page SEO ...

    First you need to get your competition backlinks profile. You can do that by subscribing to a service like ahrefs.com, alexa.com or semrush.com
    Second, find your competitors backlinks and build the same as them.

    That's it.
