    Check the joomla website you can download it from there and also find every tutorial you'll ever need

    you have Know about joomla its a CMS[content management system].but it has some trial version on internet.So download it and you will learn yourself.

    try it in your local host first...
    use xampp, extract your joomla source to your localhost folder...
    and then if you finished it, then upload to your online hosting
